My career in travel nursing recruitment was a whirlwind. Each day presented a new set of puzzles: matching skilled nurses with hospitals in need, navigating complex licensing requirements, and ensuring a seamless transition for both parties. The thrill of securing a placement, of knowing I'd helped a nurse find a fulfilling assignment and a hospital secure crucial staffing, was unparalleled.
